Shipping and Delivery Policies ships to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses. We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service from our distribution center in South Carolina. We can ship to residential and commercial addresses and P.O. Boxes.

Orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 12:00 noon ET to ship the same day. is not responsible for any damage, or lost orders that occur after delivery to the shipping address provided during the checkout process.

Priority Express Mail Orders

Orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 12:00 noon ET to ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon ET Monday through Thursday will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 noon ET and over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day, excluding holidays. Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available. Priority Express Mail services are not available to US Territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

Free Shipping

All orders with a value over $50.00 (before taxes and after any discounts)  qualify  for FREE First Class Mail shipping. Free shipping is only available on shipments to the 50 states in the continental U.S.

Direct Signature Required

We may require a signature at the time of delivery, on some of our higher priced orders, at no extra cost to the customer. These shipments will require a signature at the time of delivery from any person at the residential or business delivery address. Deliveries are made to the address on the mailing label, not to an individual recipient. The USPS will attempt delivery 3 times. The recipient cannot sign the signature receipt to authorize release or request a redirect/address correction.
Note: Delivery exceptions for direct signature required are APO/FPO, PO BOX and US Territories addresses.

Shipping Fees on Returned Products does not pay for shipping fees on returned products. All shipping costs associated with returning product are the responsibility of the customer.
